New Growth Landscape is a full service licensed landscape contracting firm based in Oakland, CA. We service commercial, residential and public works clients. Our specialization is providing a one stop shop for ongoing residential customers in the East Bay of California. We have been serving clients in communities such as Oakland, Berkeley, Piedmont, Danville, Alamo and Lafayette for over 15 years. We service many other cities however including Benicia, Orinda, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito, San Leandro, Hayward, Emeryville, and Alameda.
Our company is a small company with an average of eight full time employees; however we have partnered with a variety of specialty contractors to be able to provide a wide variety of services with one point of contact. Clients that work with us can take advantage of the variety of exterior services that we offer, and in a short amount of time and minimal effort.
The big three services that we offer include: Landscape Design, Landscape Construction, and Landscape Maintenance. In the case of Landscape Design, we pair up our clients with a Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer that specializes in the style of landscape they wish to create. We oversee the entire process, and all of the billing is done through us. This has many benefits, one of which is that throughout the entire process, implementation costs are taken into consideration, so that the final design is something realistic and can come to fruition with funds that are available.
Most of the Landscape Construction tasks are performed by our own employees, and supervised by our project manager. Sometimes reputable specialty contractors are brought onto the team as well, depending on the scope of work. Our dedication to quality of craftsmanship is never sacrificed however.
Since the owner of the company, Nate Silin, started the business as a landscape maintenance service provider, that aspect of our business has been refined and improved over the years. We have developed systems so that we are consistently attentive to our clients own individual preferences, at a competitive price. Our employees wear uniforms, our trucks are clean, we work safely, and we show up when we say we will. All of these things contribute to our reputation as being extremely reliable in an industry where that is hard to find. Furthermore we stay on top of the trends and advances in our industry in terms of water conservation, sustainable landscaping, and new technologies through our participation in associations.
Providing a wide variety of services reliably, is who we were are, but it goes without saying that we go about the process in a way that is conscious of our environment and the need to take care of it the best we can as we go about business. This is not something new to us, because it is popular. We became the first green business certified landscape contractor in the Alameda County Program and we keep out certification active on an ongoing basis. We also served on the panel of contractors that created Bay Friendly Landscaping, and we always have Bay Friendly Landscapers on our staff.
